Industrial ac electric winch drum on a warehouse mezzanine, illustration only

ac electric winch

Ac Electric Winch Sourcing is an independent sourcing partner. Share rated capacity, lift geometry, 120 V or other shop voltage, quantity and destination so factories can quote the same machine line. We do not manufacture winches and we do not publish a finished price from this page.

Replace one machine

Write the duty the outgoing winch actually performs: first-layer pull, drum travel, hook or fairlead style, and whether the motor sees intermittent warehouse pulls or longer positioning cycles. A catalog model number without those units is not enough for two factories to answer the same line. Ask each factory to quote the same rated capacity basis, not a bare nameplate that hides load center or first-layer derating.

Check site interfaces

Record mounting steel, anchor pattern, clear drum path, and the receptacle or disconnect that will feed the motor. Single-phase 120 volt shop power is a frequent US warehouse request, but phase, frequency and available amperage still belong on the brief. Pit work, new beams and commissioning stay named extras unless the RFQ says they are in factory scope. Continue on inquiry options or unit notes.

Where US buyers usually apply this family

These are handling conditions that change the brief, not a claim that this desk has installed equipment in those buildings.

Warehouse inbound pull

Pallet staging and mezzanine pulls need aisle width, first-layer load and duty cycle on the same page.

Plant positioning

Line-side positioning needs travel, mount steel and whether the motor shares a 120 volt shop circuit.

Dock transfer

Dock height difference and outdoor exposure change enclosure and rope protection; they belong in the RFQ.

Maintenance shop lift

Short-travel shop lifts still need rated capacity and a stated load center when attachments are used.

Request factory quotes on one written line

We compare replies on the units you list. Certificates, load tests and wiring drawings stay with the named factory. Installation, freight and commissioning stay outside a machine-only quote unless you ask for them.

  • Same rated capacity basis on every reply
  • Voltage, phase and frequency written once
  • Site work listed as included or excluded
  • Optional budget and supplier preference, not a verified rating
